FINAL TASK: you have decided to apply to a one-year exchange programme in the USA. During this year abroad you will experience the American high school system, live with an American host family and visit the country. Make a video to convince the selection committee that you are the best candidate and should be chosen!

Stage #3: learn about the  American school system (follow-up)

Study the schedule given to you and list:

1- All the differences between high schools in the US and Hugh schools in France
Classes are shorter in the US than in France
School finishes earlier than in France
American students practice more sports than French students

8:30: eight thirty / half past eight / half eight
8:45: eight forty five / quarter to nine

HOMEWORK:
1- Prepare 7 questions to ask our guest speaker who's going to talk about her year as an American student (see help below);
2- Complete the worsheet on Instructions (‘consignes’);
3- Read the text without stopping at unknown words -> what is it about.
